What should I wear to yoga class?

You should wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Barefoot is best but Yoga/Pilate socks with grips on the bottom can be worn as well.

Do I need any special equipment for yoga?

A yoga/sticky mat is required. Other optional props include yoga blocks, straps, and blankets, which can help with alignment and support in various poses.

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?

No, you do not need to be flexible to do yoga. Yoga is a practice that is suitable for all people, regardless of their fitness level or flexibility.
